Elizabeth Mardirosian, founder of ELM Transcription, has been working in the transcription field for 20 years. Having witnessed firsthand what can go on in the transcription industry, Elizabeth and her staff take pride in their diligence, honesty and productivity.  Your transcription service is, in effect, part of your practice's team and needs to be aware of that great responsibility.  

Over the past 20 years technology has really changed; gone are the days of the microcassette.  We are experienced in digital dictation and the newer EMR/EHR platforms, with dictation being inserted directly into the patient's medical record online.  For example, ELM transcriptionists have five years' experience working on the iKnowMed platform, which is designed specifically for hematology/oncology.   

At ELM Transcription, we understand how very important every single patient is.  Our goal is to make sure all dictation is turned around promptly so that physicians, their staff, and especially their patients, have the documentation required to obtain services/tests/treatment they need in a timely manner.  Most of us has had a friend or family member experience the difficulties of undergoing cancer treatment.  Elizabeth has, too, and it has made her that much more committed to making sure that no patient ever waits on doctors' orders.  

ELM Transcription, LLC, is trained and compliant with HIPAA guidelines and is very sensitive to patient privacy.
